Investment approach

Green Room Partners follows a global growth equity investment strategy. Our primary goal is to generate long-term capital gains, while seeking above average capital returns through the cycle. Green Room Partners prioritizes equity investments in companies which are thriving in the 'new norm' and which are including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in their strategies. We will focus but not limit our investments to the following sectors: Industrials, Technology, Alternative Energy, Healthcare/Pharma. 

While we invest globally, our attention will be on developed markets across all market capitalizations. Besides investing in global leaders, who are expanding their geographic footprints and/or existing product/service offerings, we are also looking to selectively identify franchises at early stages.

• Focusing on key sectors that matter within the ESG concept
• Concentrating capital on the best ideas 
• Staying disciplined in terms of competence but also execution
• Keeping an open mind, while staying both flexible and sensitive to change

We follow a research-driven concentrated strategy that generally consists of up to 20 core positions. The strategy is long-only, and we may use derivatives to generate an additional income stream on core holdings. Holding cash over a specific time period, especially in terms of turmoil or geopolitical events or market excess, allows us to secure performance and preserve capital.
